Deposit Policy:
A deposit holds The Lodge. Once we receive a deposit, we mark off
the requested nights on our Home Page.
Final Payment:
Final Payment must be received 14 days before
check-in for regular weekends and weekdays. Final Payment must be
received 30 days before check-in for all week long stays and National
Holiday
weekends.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel for any reason, you forfeit all deposits and final
payments. If The Cranberry Mountain Lodge is able to re-book The
Lodge, we will, however, give you a full refund.
All state and county room taxes are 'included' in the
above
listed rates.
(The rates are: 6% West Virginia Sales Tax plus 3%
County Room Tax.)
All observed national holidays are a minimal 4 day/ 3 night rental.
No more than 16 guest may sleep in the Lodge!!! Camping is
permitted at $5/person.
